* To extend the repurchase program of own shares 19 Aug 2011 The Board of Intex Resources ASA has on Wednesday August 15th 2011 decided to continue the repurchase of 2.267.666 of their own shares. The repurchased shares will be retired, or used as a share purchase program for employees. The repurchase will be performed in accordance with the authorization given to the Board of Directors on the Annual General Meeting on May 27th 2011. |
