ein sehr interessanter Beitrag im Ihub......:keks:

There is another angle to this pps slumping vs good PR releases that maybe some of you haven't considered. The reason I know about it is because I'm doing it. Saving ammo for the other side of the river, that is.....

I believe there is considerable money waiting on the sidelines for post-deal investment.

I won't go so far as to say institutional investors are lining up (maybe) but I would say considerable sums will be invested in SurgLine once the deal is completed. Think of this deal as "SurgLine's IPO". SurgLine was and still is a private company which you, I or any institutional investor cannot put any money into at the moment. We have to wait for their "IPO" next week. People have taken notice (because of all those beautiful PR's) of this but who wants to put a lot of money into CNUV when they can wait until post-deal and actually put their money into SurgLine shares? I'm waiting for those shares. I'll take what I get from my CNUV shares exchanged and add to them post-deal because I really like the potential that SurgLine has to offer over the next few years and I think it is largely a hidden company from the larger market view since this is all taking place in the pink section where institutional investors aren't doing much DD. Once they hear about it.....BAM!

That is why I am more than willing to let this deal complete and wait to purchase, even if I get a 38:1 ratio in shares as someone suggested. Personally, I don't think the ratio will be anywhere near that bad. I think when this deal is completed, money will pour into this new stock just like an IPO on Wallstreet the first day and the pps is going to really pop that first day.
