Regarding the share distribution of Oremex Gold to our Oremex Silver shareholders, we have been informed by the TSX that we should be able to announce the dividending of the shares shortly within one to two weeks. There are some discussions that have to be made internally before we announce. Hope this answers your question. On the Surface Rights issue, one has to remember that we the company do not have control over the time it has taken nor are we directly involved in the process. From the beginning, we have maintained this position as we own the mineral rights 100% and felt it would be in the best interest for our shareholders and the company that we not be involved. That being said, during the original process we set up the Tejamen People Association for this process and once the decision has been made by the Reforma Agraria they would be the ones to receive/awarded title on the land. From there the company will negotiate the surface access agreement and once put in place we can file for environmental and drilling permits which we intend on aggressively pursue and commence into drilling and start the pre-feasibility study. With the PDAC event coming up shortly in March we are hoping a decision has been made but as mentioned before we have no control over this process.
