Tembo Gold Corp. Completes Closing of Brokered Private Placement and Further Increases the Size of Non-Brokered Placement

TORONTO, - Tembo Gold Corp. ("Tembo" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it completed the closing of the brokered component of its previously announced private placement by issuing 4,661,500 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of $1.00 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $4,661,500 (the "Brokered Private Placement"). The Brokered Private Placement was conducted on a commercially reasonable efforts basis by Canaccord Genuity Corp., Primary Capital Inc. and Scotia Capital Inc. (collectively, the "Agents"). In addition, Tembo announces that it has approved a further increase of up to $2,398,500 of the non-brokered component of its previously completed $6,940,000 private placement to up to $9,338,500 (the "Non-Brokered Private Placement", the Brokered Private Placement and the Non-Brokered Private Placement, collectively, the "Private Placement"). The increase to the Non-Brokered Private Placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") approval and is anticipated to close in January, 2012. Tembo intends to use the net proceeds raised from the Private Placement for exploration and development of its Tembo gold project in Tanzania and for general working capital purposes.

Each Unit consists of one common share ("Common Share") of the Company and one half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant is exercisable into one Common Share at a price of $1.75 on or before December 29, 2014.

Tembo Gold Corp. ("Tembo" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has approved an increase to the non-brokered component of its previously announced private placement from $4,000,000 to up to $6,940,000 (the "Non-Brokered Private Placement"). Tembo further announces that it has completed an initial closing of the Non-Brokered Private Placement of 6,900,000 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of $1.00 per Unit representing gross proceeds of $6,900,000. Tembo intends to use the net proceeds raised from the Non-Brokered Private Placement for exploration and development of its Tembo Gold project in Tanzania and for general working capital purposes.

Each Unit consists of one common share ("Common Share") of the Company and one half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant is exercisable into one common share of the Company at a price of $1.75 before the later of three years from: (i) November 18, 2011; or (ii) the closing of the brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 Units by a syndicate of agents led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. (the "Brokered Private Placement"), and, in any event, not later than December 31, 2014. The Warrants and Common Shares issued pursuant to the Non-Brokered Private Placement are subject to a hold period which expires on March 19, 2012.

AKOTA RESOURCES INC. (the "Company" or "Lakota") is pleased to announce that it has completed its private placement financing announced on September 14, 2011 by issuing 78,334,000 units ("Units") at $0.03 per Unit for total gross proceeds of $2,350,020. Each Unit comprised one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). One full Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.045 per share for a period of 2 years from the closing of the offering. The use of proceeds from this financing will be for working capital and ongoing exploration on the Company's exploration properties.

In conjunction with the financing, a total of 4,662,958 finder's fee units (a "FF Unit") will be paid as finders' fees to arm's length parties on a portion of the private placement. Each FF Unit will comprise one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant ("FF Warrant"). One full FF Warrant entitles the finder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.045 per share for a period of 2 years from the closing of the offering. In addition, the finders will receive 4,662,958 FF Warrants, exercisable at a price of $0.045 per share for a period of 2 years from the closing of the offering. The securities issued will be subject to a four month hold period.

TORONTO, ONTARIO - TEMBO GOLD CORP. (the "Company" or "Tembo") announces the granting of stock options to its directors, officers, consultants and employees for the purchase of up to 1,044,000 common shares, exercisable at a price of $1.00 per share until January 14, 2015.

No securities of the Company are currently listed on any exchange. The Company has filed an application to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") and has received conditional approval. Listing will be subject to the Company fulfilling all of the listing requirements of the TSXV.

Da noch kein aktuelles Filling bezüglich der Warrants und Optionen vorhanden ist, wie viele gezeichnet, ausgelöst oder noch gehalten werden, ist das eine Fahrt in einen langen Tunnel, der erst später Klarheit bringt.

Warum sollte man jetzt kaufen, wenn andere 1 Cad gezahlt haben oder teilweise im niedrigen Centbereich gekauft haben ;-)

Die drohenden Warrants sind ebenso kein wirklicher Kaufgrund. Viel zu früh zum Kauf. Die Gesellschaft muss erst mal arbeiten und die PPler sollen anderen die Aktien andrehen.
