Frans Heideman, President and CEO of Orion Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ORTGE - news) announced today that the Company`s wholly owned subsidiary, EZ GmbH, has established a company in Poland. The company, EZ Elektroniczne Systemy Platinicze S.A. (``EZ Poland``), was incorporated in Warsaw and is partially owned by a large Polish investment fund.
