Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, October 19, 2012 /FSC/ - Sacre-Coeur Minerals Ltd. (SCM - TSX Venture, S5N - FWB)(the "Company"),is pleased to announce the closing of the second and final tranche of a brokered offering through Canaccord Genuity Corp. (the "Agent") originally announced on September 5, 2012. Under the terms of the offering, the Company has today issued 1,214,819 units (the "Units") at $0.12 per Unit for gross proceeds of $145,778. The Company has issued an aggregate of 6,701,819 Units (including an oversubscription for 451,819 Units) for total gross proceeds of $804,218 in this brokered offering. The total gross proceeds raised include gross proceeds raised pursuant to the full exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the Agent. |
