(TSX VENTURE:ECR) ("Cartier") announces the closing of a flow-through shares private placement conducted without intermediate agent or broker for aggregate gross proceeds of $500,000. In the aggregate, the following securities were issued by Cartier: 1,785,714 flow-through shares at a price of $0.28 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $500,000 The proceeds of the offering will be used by Cartier to conduct exploration, mainly on the Benoist project which returned excellent results from the most recent drilling program.
