Midway Gold Closes US$70 Million Strategic Financing Denver, CO, December 13, 2012 /FSC/ - Midway Gold Corp. (MDW - TSX Venture, MDW - NYSE MKT)is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced US$70 million private placement financing (the "Transaction") of five year 8% convertible Series A Preferred shares at a price of US$1.85 per share ("Preferred Shares").
