SnipGold Completes Private Placement Financing SnipGold Corp. (TSX-V: SGG) (“SnipGold” or the “Company”) (formerly Skyline Gold Corporation) announces that it has closed the non-brokered private placement financing which was announced on December 11, 2012. The financing has raised total gross proceeds of $598,600 and the Company will issue 1,220,000 flow-through units (“FT Units”) and 2,216,250 non-flow-through units (“NFT units”), subject to regulatory acceptance. Insider participation in the financing totals 32.4% of the total proceeds. Each FT Unit is priced at $0.20 CDN |
