Erin Ventures Proposes Private Placement Victoria, British Columbia CANADA, March 19, 2013 /FSC/ - Erin Ventures Inc. (EV - TSX Venture), Proposes to carry out a private placement of up to 10,000,000 Units at a price of $0.07 per Unit. If fully subscribed the placement would provide the company with total proceeds of $700,000. The funds will be used to finance exploration and other expenses on the company's Piskanja boron project in Serbia and for working capital. Finders' fees of up to 10% may be paid. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one warrant. The warrant will have a two year term with an exercise price of $0.15 in the first year and $0.30 in the second year, with an accelerated exercise clause if the shares trade at $0.30 in the first year or $0.40 in the second year. This placement is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. There is no assurance that the placement will be completed in full or at all. Shares Outstanding: 197,014,000 |
