Banyan Gold Corp. Non-Brokered Private Placement Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, March 08, 2013 /FSC/ - Banyan Gold Corp. (BYN - TSX Venture), wishes to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement of 2,000,000 Units for gross proceeds of $200,000. Each unit consists of one $0.10 share and one-half of a share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.15 for a period of 12 months. A finders fee of 6% is payable in connection with this transaction. Funds will be used for general working capital and advancement of Banyan's Hyland Gold Project. |
