Fjordland Exploration agreement for Dillard option

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an agreement between Fjordland Exploration Inc. and Sumac Mines Ltd., a subsidiary of Sumitomo Metal Mining Co. of Japan, whereby Sumac has been granted the option to earn a 51-per-cent interest in Fjordland's Dillard porphyry property.
Under the terms of the agreement, Sumac has the option to earn the 51-per-cent interest in the property by making aggregate expenditures of $3.5-million over a three-year period.
