Solartron Public Company Limited (the Company) would like to present operating results as shown in the reviewed financial statements for the first quarter of 2013 ending on 31 March 2013 as follows:

2.1 Revenue
In the first quarter of 2013, the company revenue is 570.88 million baht.
Comparing to the first quarter of 2012 of 132.24 million baht, it is shown the company revenue increased equivalent to 438.64 million baht or 331.70%. Because the Company has been awarded for Solar Power Plant projects which the revenue recognition of the Solar Power Plant 50 MW projects are
i) Project Solar Power Plant Phase II 25MW at Bumnetnarong, Chaiyaphum Province;
ii) Project Solar Power Plant Phase II 25MW at BangPaHan, Ayutthaya Province, amount to 522 Million Baht, and also the revenue recognition of telecommunication project amount to 16 Million Baht.

2.6 Net Profit
This affects the net profit of the first quarter of 2013 the amount of 38.40 million baht. Comparing to that of 10.98 million baht in year 2012, it is a increased of 27.42 million baht or 249.73%. In the first quarter of 2013 net profit per revenue of 6.93%.Comparing to the first quarter of 2012 net profit per revenue of 8.45%
