Eine gute Zusammenfassung von CyprusSteve auf advfn: CyprusSteve 25 Sep'13 - 13:38 - 2025 of 2050 1 0 The reasons I am invested here are as follows : 1) A whopping 85% of shares tightly held - -hTTp://www.stratminglobal.com/index.php/investors 2) Market cap only £13.6m. 3) The ONLY pure graphite PRODUCER listed on world markets, and the only pure graphite play listed in London. 4) Funding recently raised £750,000 on September 17th - hTTp://www.stratminglobal.com/images/documents/news/130917_Issue_of_Shares_FINAL.pdf 5) New MD recently appointed, who has already begun to demonstrate his ability to turn the Company potential into reality – as is witnessed by their recent initial SALES contract - hTTp://www.stratminglobal.com/images/documents/news/130912_Initial_sales_contract.pdfI I feel very sure that this is the first of many. 6) The SP is not far off it’s recent low – there is no doubt that historically the Company has been badly managed, but, the new MD Manoli Yannaghas was appointed on July 2nd 2013 – I sincerely believe he will transform this slumbering Company into a transformational business. hTTp://www.stratminglobal.com/images/documents/news/130702_AppointmentOfManagingDirector_FINAL.pdf 7) Financial results and trading update due by end of September – their PR advisers have verified this to me. As always, I hesitate to make a SP forecast, but simply to share my thoughts, which may be of help to some looking at the Company for the first time.
