Proton Power Systems Agrees EUR10 Million Loan With Falih Nahab 15.12.2014 LONDON (Alliance News) - Proton Power Systems PLC Monday said it has agreed the terms of a EUR10 million loan with Falih Nahab, funds it will use for working capital needs. Nahab is indirectly, via Roundstone Properties Ltd, a substantial shareholder in Proton Power Systems. The company, the developer and producer of fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems, said the loan is repayable in three years. "The loan... pays an interest of 10% per annum and the interest, but not the principal, on the loan is payable in new Proton Power shares at 2p per share at the option of the lender," it said.
