Rhombic Corporation filed a current report on Form 8-K with the securities and Exchange Commission, which will be available through the sEC`s Edgar online filing system at http://www,sec,gov,.The initial 8-K, filed on January 21, 2000, will be followed by an amended 8-K containing financial information. President of Rhombic Corporation, Larry Owen, commented, "We are extremely pleased that Rhombic Corporation has met SECrequirements. We remain committed to providing our investors with timely audited financial statements." Mr. Owen continued, "Our fully reporting status should increase our public profile considerably and enhance our access to capital markets, in addition to marking an important step towards our ultimate goal to be traded on NASDAQ." ja das war di pressemeldung im januar...ja und mittlerweile sieht das ganze bessere aus...die Berichte werden erstellt...und das ist sehr aufwendig....ich hab mit nem Kollegen gesprochen, der fuer eine Firma selber mal ein Listing an der nasdaq beantragt hat, und er meinte...das kann 2-3 monate dauern, da der formularkram rießig ist... es müssen sämtl. bilanzen nochmal neu aufgestellt werden, und als krönung muß die ein unabhänoiges unternehmen nochmal ertellen...ja ihr habt richtig gelsen, die müssen nochmal erstellt werden, dass die auch garantiert ohne betrug sind.... aber soviel! das listing an der nasdaq ist beantragt... morgen gehts ab wie iene rakete..was für eien Chartfpormation: Ein Hammer allererster sahne..dazu noch in den fast stochastics ein trading buy signal und in den rsi deutlich überverkauft... moving on baby..... :-)))) long and strong...toby Go NUKE Go!!! |
