BUZZ-Belgium's IBA rises on Jefferies upgrade to "buy" 09:45 (09/06) - Source: RTRS ** Shares of Belgian proton therapy group IBA IBAB.BR rise as much as 4.4 percent on Tuesday, as traders note the company is upgraded to "buy" by analysts at Jefferies. ** "We believe IBA and the proton therapy industry generally has made significant progress in the last year. We believe the limitations to proton therapy penetration are falling at a quicker rate than we previously expected, and we see a 30 percent annual growth rate in the addressable market," Jefferies wrote in a note to clients. ** At 0725 GMT, IBA shares are 4.38 percent higher at 21.54 euros, making them the best performer on the Belgian Midcap Index .BELM , which is trading little changed.
