Hallo an alle CMRC-Aktionäre,

Commerce One and US Interactive Expand Relationship to Design Portals for Leading Corporations and e-Marketplaces Worldwide

U.S. Interactive Inc. (Nasdaq:USIT), a leading Internet professional services company, today announced that it has been named the first Commerce One (Nasdaq:CMRC) premier partner focused specifically on portal design and user interface development.

As a result, US Interactive will work with Commerce One to design and implement e-marketplace portals for the company`s current and future clients.

Both US Interactive and Commerce One created this new type of partnership as a result of their successful working relationship. US Interactive began working with Commerce One when US Interactive was retained to design and implement the next edition of Commerce One MarketSite(TM) Global Trading Portal, the U.S. portal for exchanging goods and services among businesses worldwide.

"We`re thrilled that our relationship with Commerce One continues to grow," said Mike Carter, senior vice president and chief marketing officer, US Interactive. "This partnership allows us to incorporate their best-of-breed market-making technology with our technology, digital marketing, creative and strategy skill sets to help some of the world`s leading companies make business sense of the Internet."

US Interactive will have a dedicated Commerce One practice and the companies will team up to solidify new franchisee business by developing a co-branded, fixed-price, "bundled" offering for portal design and implementation, ultimately providing clients with state-of-the-art business-to-business portals.

"We selected US Interactive as a premier portal design partner in part as a result of our successful Commerce One MarketSite relationship," said Carl Falk, senior vice president, Global Trading Web, Commerce One. "Together, Commerce One and US Interactive can provide a unique, strategic and comprehensive service to our current and future clients on all seven continents."
