Zum Zocken ist das eher der falsche Wert. Immerhin haben die schon eine Marktkapitalisierung von ~12Mrd.US$. Außerdem sieht es Intraday schon wieder viel besser aus. Es könnte sein das diese Meldung dem Kurs auf die Beine geholfen hat.

Commerce One sets deals with Portugal Telecom, Endesa
NEW YORK, Feb 22 (Reuters) - Commerce One Inc. , a provider of Internet services, said on Tuesday it teamed up with Portuguese phone company Portugal Telecom SA. and Spanish utility Endesa to set up online marketplaces for businesses.
Portugal Telecom, which is the leading telephone company in Portugal and makes about 70 billion Portuguese escudos ($350 million) in annual purchases, will become the first customer for the Portuguese online market place, PT Electronic Marketplace. The venture aims to connect corporate buyers and sellers throughout Portugese-speaking countries, including through online auctions.
Commerce One also announced a deal with Spanish utility Endesa to set up an similar onlinemarket place for the Spanish-speaking world. Endesa will own 78 percent of the venture, accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers 12 percent, and Commerce One 10 percent.
Commerce One last week set a deal with the No. 1 U.S. financial services firm, Citigroup Inc. , to set up a Web site where the Citigroup`s coporate clinets can do business with each other.
