James West: All right. So then tell me about, how was your company capitalized, and what’s sort of the lay of the land in terms of institutional versus insiders versus retail? Doug Janzen: We funded the business, we started kind of end of Q1 of 2013, and we raised a bit over $4 million privately for the business.
