White Caps: - Test results White Caps tailings Further to the June 23, 2016 press release, the Company has initiated hydrometallurgical process development work at an independent laboratory in Vancouver. The laboratory conducted extensive testing on the White Caps tailings and dumps material to determine optimal processing in order to maximize gold recoveries. The process used by the lab, which is proprietary, is a “green” technology which will ensure cleaning up and restoring the tailings in an environmentally friendly manner. The initial results continue to support favorable grades, but more importantly the process was successful in extracting the gold from the material and the recoveries were excellent. More testing will be concluded this coming week with formal results to be reported. ~ 250,000 tonnes of historic mine dumps/tailings @ average grade of 3.15 g/t.** That is about 25,000 oz of gold in “situ”. The Company is continuing to make progress, using modern techniques for maximizing recovery. **The reference to grade has been taken from various independent sampling plans and assays dating back as far as the early 1980's and as recent as September 2012. The September 2012 assays were conducted by a metallurgical testing company on representative samples and the average fire assay results for the tailings and dumps were 3.15 g/t. 3. The Dixie Queen Gold Mine (“Dixie Queen”) Due Diligence The due diligence includes independent sampling of high grade gold veins which is currently being tested at ALS laboratories in Vancouver, BC. Coronet’s team is confident that there is a gold discovery and a small drilling program was proposed to determine next steps towards a final agreement. Coronet has evaluated several historical reports on the property, and the evaluation of the property is very positive and could form a strong foundation for the preparation of a NI 43-101 report, subject to further due diligence.
