Number of FT (flow-through) shares: 3.65 million flow-through shares Purchase price: 10 cents per flow-through share Warrants: 1,825,000 share purchase warrants to purchase 1,825,000 shares Warrant initial exercise price: 15 cents Warrant term to expiry: one year Number of placees: 20 placees Insiders: Paul Brockington, one million Total pro group involvement: 950,000 (four placees) Finders' fees: Mackie Research Capital Corp., $11,400 cash, 190,000 shares and 95,000 warrants; PI Financial Corp., $1,200 cash, 20,000 shares and 10,000 warrants Finder's warrant initial exercise price: 15 cents Finder's warrant term to expiry: The warrants are for a period of 12 months following the closing date.
