Neuigkeiten aus dem Hause MHI. Dabei ist der erste Teil der Nachricht nichts neues - und inzwischen wohl jedem Aktionär nicht entgangen. Die Finanzierung zum Start des Nigeria Projektes durch CPS Energy. Entscheidend ist aber der letzte Absatz, den ich markiert habe. Offenbar beschränkt man sich nicht nur auf Nigeria (die Option wird wohl auch weiter verfolgt) vielmehr geht man jetzt wohl auch dazu über - Zitat: Energieprojekte in den USA zu verfolgen. Gute Sache, weil man sich im Unternehmen damit weniger abhängig von einem Projekt macht, sondern mehrere Standbeine aufbaut. Mindert sicherlich unternehmerische Risiken, so denn es gelingt die Ankündigung zu verwirklichen. Die Nachricht ist offenbar bereits 2 Tage alt. Zitiere sie dennoch mal an dieser Stelle: Mineral Hill still waiting on financing for CPS Energy 2017-12-07 12:50 ET - News Release Mr. Dieter Peter reports MINERAL HILL: CORPORATE UPDATE The subscription agreements announced in Mineral Hill Industries Ltd.'s news release dated March 2, 2017, were not executed due to the non-performance of the investors represented by the representatives of the 12 shareholders which are the vendors of 45 per cent of the outstanding shares (the shr-vendors) of the United Kingdom-based CPS Energy Resources PLC. Mineral Hill's acquisition of the shr-vendors is part of a transaction governed by an executed share purchase agreement (SPA) referred to in the above news release. The proposed transaction received conditional acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange. The final acceptance would be obtained by fulfilling the conditions under the SPA, obligating the shr-vendors to arrange a substantial minimum financing of the private placement (PP) referred to in the March 2, 2017, news release which would provide the company with sufficient working capital for at least six months subsequent to the final approval. After several postponements of the PP which would not meet the conditions of the SPA, one of the representatives of the shr-vendors replaced the conditional portion of the shr-vendors obligatory financing commitment and gave assurances and a timeline to the closing of the portion of the PP committed to by the shr-vendors under the SPA. Unfortunately this commitment did not materialize and was again postponed by the representative. The company has notified the representative of the shr-vendors that it will now pursue other energy projects located in the United States, which were initially to be negotiated subsequent to the completion of the proposed shr-vendors transaction, and will pursue the proposed shr-vendors transaction subsequent to receiving the shr-vendors' committed PP participation. In the meantime, the company has also requested to talk directly with other shareholders of CPS, which so far was denied by the representatives of shr-vendors. We seek Safe Harbor. Übersetzt steht da im Schlussabsatz in etwa folgendes: "Das Unternehmen hat den Vertreter der Verkäufer darüber informiert, dass es nun andere Energieprojekte in den Vereinigten Staaten verfolgen wird, die ursprünglich nach Abschluss der vorgeschlagenen des Verkaufs ausgehandelt werden sollten, und weiter verfolgen die vorgeschlagene Verkaufs-Transaktion nach dem Erhalt der PP-Beteiligung der Verkäufer wird. In der Zwischenzeit hat das Unternehmen auch gebeten, direkt mit anderen Aktionären von CPS zu sprechen, was bisher von den Vertretern der Verkäufer abgelehnt wurde."
