Anbei meine Anfrage an Primamedic wegen der nichtmehr auffindbaren Kurse. Dear Mr. Holms, since a few days, i can`t get any stockinformation in Frankfurt and Berlin. Would You please tell me if there was a delisting. The link, that You have placed on Younr HP to focus.comdirect.com is also dead. B.t.w. , the news-site on your page is not verry new. The latest entrie is from 01 September 2001; four mounth ago. Does there any mailinglist exist, where i can get some actuell informations? Greatings from XXX Hier die Antwort Dear Mr XXX Thank you for your email regarding Primamedic Ltd. At the end of September 2001, Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG (RZB) informed us that due to the termination of the Sonstiger Wertpapier-handel (Unregulated market of the Vienna Stock Exchange) on the 31st December 2001, all companies would be automatically delisted. Re-listing on the new Dritter Markt in Vienna is complicated for foreign issuers and we decided not to proceed because there had been no trade in our GICs in Austria over the last three years. However, despite the assurances of our German bank that the Austrian de-listing would not affect it, our listing has also been frozen in Germany. We are currently working towards restructuring and a UK listing. We will be sending out a notice with an update on the company at the end of February 2002. Best wishes.
