Cubic Board Sets Special Meeting for Stock Split Approval SAN DIEGO, Feb 25, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Cubic Corp (AMEX: CUB) today announced that the company`s Board of Directors has set a special shareholders` meeting for April 17, 2002 to ratify a three-for-one split of the company`s common stock. The board announced its approval of the stock split on February 13 at the company`s Annual Shareholders` Meeting, saying that the decision was subject to shareholder approval. If ratified, the split will be implemented as soon as is practicable.
