We have a number of iniatives that will provide news flow in the coming weeks:

Work begins at the Manitoba lithium properties in April. We are mobilizing ground crews to begin field work (mapping, sampling). We antcipate getting on the ground sometime after April 10. In May or early June the drill program will commence. We plan on drilling 3000 meters at the three drill ready concessions. News will come from mapping results (i.e. location of pegmatities, etc), sampling results, and ultimately drill mobilization and results.

We are actively working through the due dilgence process on a number of proposed acqusitions, and any one (or all) could close here in April. Two are under LOI, one uranium/lithium project in Peru, and one cobalt project in Ontario.

The sector and indeed the markets have been hit hard over the last two months, with the Dow fluctuating wildly and lots of money being pulled out of the markets. Most lithium stocks were hurt by the Morgan Stanley report, which has since been rebutted, but nevertheless damage done. Lithium stocks in general are off 50% since the highs in January. So it is not a case of AAZ share price declining alone. We are not pleased, but as these things go, they tend to be cyclical and we expect to bounce back shortly. We have certainly been supporting the stock but for whatever reason, there seems to be a lot of weariness in the market. Fundamentally nothing has changed since our run up earlier this year, in fact it's improved as we're closer to ground work in Manitoba. Why anyone would sell before we get the work done is a little odd, but the markewts have spooked a lot of people.

Hang in there, AAZ is strong, despite the reduced share price.

Thank you
