"Ladies and Gentlemen , I trust everyone is enjoying their summer ! It certainly has been hot and dry at least in our area . September is coming and we hope a return to interest in our sector of the market ! Just want to let everyone Northern Sphere is ready ! I have been a long time in this business and this has been a very bad summer for so many junior mining companies . Except for a few in a certain place that is the flavour of the month . It appears to be getting some traction but when you look at it you have to think how many billions of dollars and how many years is it going to take to move any of them forward ? Then look at Northern Sphere 's two properties and you will see a big difference . Let's do that quickly : Arizona Property - 10 miles from Globe Arizona , 12 miles from Freeport's Miami Mine , 16 miles from the Rae Mine ( 252 m lbs. of copper and 600k ounces of silver ) , 37 miles from the Old Dominion 6% copper and 3 grammes gold for over 50 years . Copper Porphyry Heaven . The similarities are incredible we have done a major soil geochem survey and the results are off the charts ! 344 grammes (over 10 ounces) silver , 1/2 % copper , 2 grammes gold , and manganese that's just for starters ! We have more independent assays we are waiting on as well . If you are looking for blue sky that's about as good as you get ! We have also garnered the attention of 2 major mining companies .Then couple that with a major silver vein structure that has been drilled and found to be continuous to over 800 feet depth grades as high as 180 grammes ( over 5 ounce) silver great numbers for a vein structure . Currently at the face it is running over 700 grammes (28 ounce silver) !! This is not even the ore system that historically they direct shipped to the smelter .We have rehabbed the underground at the Buckeye , built the necessary infrastructure including full assay facility and gravity circuit . We even have our blasting permit ! Scadding Property - Approximately 40,000 acres located 50 kilometers from downtown Sudbury , Ontario , 17 kilometers off the Trans Canada Highway ! It has gold , nickel , PGM , copper ,cobalt and other minerals all on the same property . Blue sky is phenomenal but we also have a past producer that ran average 7.2 grammes grade for its entire production run . Shut down in ore due to gold price . We have expanded the potential by drilling near surface 12.9 grammes over 19.3 meters , 13.3 grammes over 10.5 meters , I could go on and on !! We have all the pieces of the puzzle in place and are just scratching the surface . The property is currently permitted for tailings reprocessing and has a plant on site . As you can see we fill in all the boxes so lets talk general ! The company has currently has approximately 30 million shares outstanding at .065 cents for a market cap of less than 2 million dollars . We have very little overhead, no fancy office , no receptionist , our CFO gets paid by the hour , and our legal is done by an incredible lady who is both efficient and reasonably priced, and everything that goes along with these things . We have paid all our taxes , our filings are all up to date , and we have very little debt ! In fact our team is so supportive that the key personnel converted debt to equity at 8 cents . In the coming weeks and months we will have lots of good things coming down the pipe . We worked hard all summer putting the groundwork in place to launch what we feel will be a significant third and fourth quarter for the company . Your continuing support is most appreciated . I know many have become disillusioned with the stock over the last 3 months and some have even questioned my management skills by the use of some very colourful words. Good news I had Goodyear tattooed on my back !! All kidding aside I can assure you that everything I do is in the best interest of firstly the shareholders , the company , the properties , and my team !! We must continue to work hard and continue to " push the rope uphill " because as I have said before good companies will survive this current downturn and I am confident Northern Sphere will be one of them !!
