Hier noch mal der Grund warum es 3 Wochen länger gedauert hat mit der UFS Erscheint mir einleutend ----------- The Updated PFS was released this morning (Perth time). In Australia, regulators heavily scrutinise announcements of the results of feasibility study work for misleading statements, in particular, where those results are underpinned by Inferred Resources. There have been instances where companies have issued an announcement on the results of a study and then been forced to issue a retraction and been placed in suspension until an amended announcement that satisfies the regulators has been released. We wanted to avoid this scenario and put a great deal of effort into drafting an announcement that met the requirements of the regulators. As a result, it did take longer than anticipated to announce the results of the Updated PFS, however that delay was very much out of our hands. |
