As part of its end-of-the-quarter sale and delivery push, Tesla is starting to sell and deliver vehicles out of Gigafactory 1, its battery factory in Nevada.
Tesla is currently in the middle of an important goal to deliver a record number of vehicles in the US during the last week of the year before the EV federal credit starts to phase out for Tesla buyers.
They have been deploying new efforts to facilitate sales and deliveries, like introducing a new 5-minute buying and delivery program.
The automaker’s latest initiative involves selling and delivering cars from Gigafactory 1, which has previously only been a manufacturing and engineering facility...
