VLPI Settles Dispute With FTC; VLPI Receives NSF Certification for Its PurGuard(R) RO MATTHEWS, N.C., Feb. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vital Living Products Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VLPI - news) d.b.a. American Water Service has settled a dispute with the FTC concerning an anthrax testing kit. Under the terms of the settlement, VLPI admits no wrongdoing, and no fine was assessed or sought.
