In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the messaging app company provided the number of shares to be registered, a detail missing from its previous S-1 filing in late April. Instead of an initial public offering, the company is going the direct offering route, where rather than the company raising money, existing shareholders sell shares to the public.
