Es gibt ca. 30 Firmen die das Grundkonzept des drehenden Orbital Gardens bedienen. Rotogro is eine davon. Ravenquest kauft die Bestandteile der Main Units in China und baut Sie in Canada zusammen. Lt Mat ist die Sofware und die artificial intelligence das Prunkstück von Ravenquest und Eigenarbeit... Labor getestet und erforscht in Zusammenarbeit mit der McGill University. Rotogro hat zwar einige Systeme in Candada ausgeliefert aber der Scale ist nicht vergleichbar mit dem System von Ravenquest. Zu den Unterschieden zum System von Rotogro wollte er mir keine Auskunft geben. Er bestätigt, das Teile vom Ravenquest System patentierbar sind. Aktuell wollen Sie aber zu erst das System skalieren bevor Sie es patentieren lassen. Grund: Patentierbare Systeme müssen offengelegt werden und können daher relativ leicht abgeändert und reengineered werden. Ravenquests OGs2.0 sind aktuell das einzige Systeme was funktioniert/läuft und scalable ist.
Financing:
Aktuell ist kein Financing geplant. Aber man weiss nie. Wenn sich Wachstumsmöglichkeiten ergeben ist es nicht ganz ausgeschlossen. Grundsätzlich wird es zukünfitg eher debt fininancing geben wenn notwendig.
Cannabis Biocare JV:
Nächste Woche sind Meetings in Norwegen angesagt um weiteres zu besprechen. Weiteres Interesse von anderen zukünftigen Produzenten an dem System groß.

Aktuell wird die Facility gerade mit OG2.0 ausgestattet - Im Sommer sollte dann umgestellt werden.

In addition the OG2.0 system looks very innovative. That could be a big step for good marges in the own production as well as franchise possibilities in combination with consulting synergies.
I like to increase my position but in my last research i found out that for miracle valley corp. similar orbital gardens are installed. Roto-Gro has been selling orbital gardens for many years and since the End of 2017 they are focusing on cannabis OGs.
As they go now in own production in Canada with Supra THC Services Inc i politely ask you to offer me some information concerning the following questions:
- Is the rotation system Ravenquest uses a modified RotoGro Unit? I found some infomation at Hotcopper where you confirmed that und added that Ravenquest modified with controls, stack 2 by 3 high eg.
- What is the legal relationship of Ravenquest to RotoGro? I didn't find some license fees or royality agreements. Or is the rotating system not patentable and you bought an unpatented unit, modified it and branded it with your logo? Have you got any fixed supply contracts with RotoGro to secure the avalaibilty of the basic unit if you want to scale?
- What is the difference of your OG2.0 and the current version of RotoGro which was installed at Miracle Valley Corp.? Is the difference the control of water / nutrience supply? Is there any other hardware installed? I saw in presentation that RotoGro refers to 50-60% energy reduction in comparison of your 70-80% datas.
- Have you done any empirical survey to comfirm your datas? Or is it an assumption?
- Have you got any patents on the system. It would be very kind if you can name me the patent numbers.
Sorry for the huge amount of questions but that are very important ones for me and my german forum collegues to assess your business concept.
