The Earth Alliance stormed a Deep Underground Military Base (D.U.M.B.) under a hill on the Blasket Islands in Ireland. The Earth Alliance discovered documents revealing shocking information about Barack Obama.
Obama's presidency was planned long in advance (as far back as the 70's when brain chip technology became available).
The documents revealed that Obama had microchips implanted in his brain in 1981, as part of the extension of the CIA's MK-Ultra program. The Cabal used uplink/downlink technology to control Obama's brain chip to get him to do their bidding.
However, the documents reveal when a download takes place, it causes Obama to shake his head from side to side which was a concern to the Cabal that savvy observers might notice.

That can easily translate into essentially supervening the will of the majority and getting your own way as a government official.
