Yes, there is a road to the property via the old Baker Mine. It will need upgrading but its still a road. The old mine road is there as well and it would have to be recommissioned. The Sturdee airstrip would also have to be worked on. The power line would have to be extended from the Kemess Mine area. All this is much less costly than it would have been back when the Lawyers Mine gave it a go in 1989 and they literally had nothing to start with in place. Absolutely nothing.

All this means the calculated Cut Off grade (assuming they encounter success with drilling) has a decent chance at being reasonably low but that still depends on smart engineerng, budget-wise spending, governemnt taxation policy, cultural relations and the metals market.

High grade deopsits tend to overcome all these hurdles and where you should be more wary is with a junior company touting low-grade high tonnage potential. The Lawyers has both mineable high grade and low grade potential.

Also, have a look at the rate of production during the years it was in operation. These are quite good steady numbers for a mine that some are saying was 'mined out'. If you also get a sense that it's hard to believe there would be nothing left then you have aligned with my way of thinking! I am willing to bet that if things were slowed down four or five times, install an efficient 75 ton per day mill, the geologists could easily feed it high grade profitably for many years.
