"Wolfgang Bläsi is a member of the Management Board and CFO of Ekosem-Agrar AG. Prior to the change of legal form to an AG, he was already Managing Director (CFO) of Ekosem-Agrar GmbH from December 2011 to October 2016 and a member of the Advisory Board of Ekosem-Agrar GmbH from October 2016 to July 2018. Wolfgang Bläsi was born in Offenburg, Germany, in 1968. He completed an apprenticeship in financial administration, followed by a degree in Technical Business Administration (FH), which he graduated with distinction.

He began his career as trainee at Hubert Burda Media. He then joined Novasoft AG, the IPO of which he prepared and where he worked for about eight years as Head of Accounting and Communications and later as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He then became Managing Partner of the management consultancy ProClion GmbH, which focused on project development for renewable energies.

In 2009 he was CFO of the listed company KTG Agrar AG. From February 2013 to October 2016 he was CFO of Ekotechnika AG (previously: Ekotechnika GmbH). In summer 2016 he established the finance consulting company wb finance GmbH, which, inter alia, specializes on restructuring consultancy. In this capacity, Wolfgang Bläsi also acts as liquidator or member of administrative or supervisory bodies of companies in crisis, liquidation or insolvency."

2. Käufer der litauischen KTG-Gesellschaften ist die litauische ZUB „Agrowill
Smilgiai", ein Unternehmen der AUGA-Gruppe. (ex Bericht Denkhaus). Tönnies hat die KTG-Anteile in Rumänien übernommen.

Die genannte Biogas-Gesellschaft gehörte lt. letzten Bericht der KTG Energie zu 100 % zum Konzern, ging also auch damals wie alle anderen Biogas-Gesellschaften an Zech.
