From February 2013 to October 2016 he was CFO of Ekotechnika AG (previously: Ekotechnika GmbH). In summer 2016 he established the finance consulting company wb finance GmbH, which, inter alia, specializes on restructuring consultancy. In this capacity, Wolfgang Bläsi also acts as liquidator or member of administrative or supervisory bodies of companies in crisis, liquidation or insolvency." 2. Käufer der litauischen KTG-Gesellschaften ist die litauische ZUB „Agrowill Smilgiai", ein Unternehmen der AUGA-Gruppe. (ex Bericht Denkhaus). Tönnies hat die KTG-Anteile in Rumänien übernommen. Die genannte Biogas-Gesellschaft gehörte lt. letzten Bericht der KTG Energie zu 100 % zum Konzern, ging also auch damals wie alle anderen Biogas-Gesellschaften an Zech. |
