2019-07-18 20:08 ET - News Release Mr. Steven McAuley reports EMPOWER ANNOUNCES FILING OF AMENDED BUSINESS ACQUISTION REPORT Empower Clinics Inc. has filed an amended business acquisition report dated July 17, 2019, relating to the acquisition of Sun Valley Certification Clinics Holdings LLC. The amended BAR replaces and supersedes the previous business acquisition report of Empower filed on July 15, 2019. The amendment is to correct the Empower statement of loss and comprehensive loss, which previously included the three months ended March 31, 2019, rather than the year ended Dec. 31, 2018. The amended BAR includes a revised pro forma consolidated statement of loss and comprehensive loss for the year ended Dec. 31, 2018, and three months ended March 31, 2019, that gives effect to the Sun Valley acquisition as if it had occurred on Jan. 1, 2018.
