[posting]61199384[/posting]Hatte die Firma (DNL) angeschrieben wegen einer möglichen listung in Frankfurt/Berlin aber sie sagten nur das sie sowas zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt in erwägung ziehen würden . Hab daraufhin den größten Anteilseigner( IP Group ) von DNL angeschrieben hab heute die anwort bekommen nur weiß ich nicht was ich auf seine Frage ,wie hoch ungefähr die anzahl potentieller Investoren in deutschland ist, antworten soll . I have taken some advice from Berenberg in London (one of our corporate brokers at IP Group) who have now spoken with their German counterparts and advise that a form of listing (or making of a market) is possible in Germany and that this can be done essentially with or without the company’s involvement. Their advice appeared to be that essentially a ‘specialist’ (c.f. a market maker here in the UK) could apply for Diurnal’s shares to be listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange which would facilitate trading for local German investors. Berenberg does not act as a specialist but has contacts with a number of institutions that could do. In terms of taking this forward, I can involve the company given our good links with management, I can put you in touch with Berenberg or I can ask Berenberg to suggest a specialist for us to talk to. Do you have an idea of the number and scale of potential investors in Germany as I think this may be a key piece of evidence for motivating the specialist to organise a Frankfurt listing.
