Hello Jerko,
I am an enthusiastic fan of AGY from Germany since 2017 and meanwhile hold 220000 shares and some options. In particular, I like the fast approach, the transparency and the straightforwardness of all measures.
However, I was very surprised by the intention to buy the Tonopah project.
I am afraid that this additional work could harm the "fast track strategy" on Rincon.
We have only limited manpower at AGY to focus on the construction of the 2000-T-Plant, or not ?
Like many other shareholders, I am eagerly awaiting the news on the approval of the plant and further offtake agreements for our products.
Can you please tell me something about these important things?

Thanks for your email, we appreciate your continued support.
Regarding your queries and possible concerns with the new USA project, firstly, we saw this project as a very good opportunity and cheap entry point to acquire another lithium brine project that has some real potential. The opportunity was too good to pass up for us, given the cost we negotiated.
As we noted in the announcement, we will continue to focus and prioritise 110% on the Rincon project continued development toward the 2,000tpa production plan. There will be no resources or funds taken away from Rincon, and the US project will be progressed only when the timing is right.
Regarding the approvals, we are also frustrated by the delay in obtaining this, however we are fully informed into the reasons for the delays, and this has been around the judicial system and new mining judge being a bit slower than expected to get thru her list of works regarding all mining related applications in Salta Province. We have good dialogue with the regulators and are very comfortable, though we are also very keen to get the approvals asap.
On the OT, we are working closely with our current and potential new partners on this, and continuing to build a strong relationship to ensure a long-lasting arrangement.
So it is business as usual for us.
