Moin, interessanter Post auf stockhouse....... George Presentation Highlights Here's the highlights from George's presentation that I found important. Feel free to add more I may have missed. Most of these are new and extremely game changing. 1. High demand for RQB’s cannabis and science background, means only a one person sales team is needed. 2. Company is built for the cannabis base as the senior management team all have extensive experience in some aspect of the cannabis space, from building buildings, designing climate control systems, cultivating cannabis, inspection, and audit/security background. 3. Major cost savings from creation of a centralized management structure. 4. 20 to 25 percent of senior management team time is billable to create diversified revenue streams with the least amount of cash burn in the company. 5 RQB operations only needs 8 people versus the industry standard of 30 people for a 20,000 sq ft operation such as Bloomera. 6. George has been working with McGill long before RQB became public. 7. About 79 consulting clients within Canada and is now exiting to Europe and other areas within the continent. 8. RQB is clearly leading the Canadian LP’s in research science. Grant programs of $1.6 million in Canada the past 3 years, versus the next closest competitor is only $98K. 9. Harter drying system has been 3 years in the making. The science of drying with 100% dry air versus industry standard of being left to hang in moisturized air, reduces mold levels to zero. As well dry time from 7 to 10 days down to 30 hours. 10. The AI system (patented) draws data every 30 seconds. 11. Partnership with Biocare is based on mutual understanding of the science and the environment. The partners also have extensive political connections and understanding of the potential expansion regions of the ruling parties, as well as the opposition parties. 12. Within 3 days of presenting/educating the Norwegian Sovereign Wealth Fund strategic advisors of RQB’s cannabis science, they provided funding of $130 million Canadian. 13. Potential expansion outside of Portugal. 14. Bloomera orbitals to be soon installed. 15. Approved by Health Canada to be the first to use a compostable bag, versus the industry standard plastic containers or packaging. 16. George has been asked to sit on the board of directors of the McGill University’s newly launched Cannabis Research Center of Excellence, comprised of 6 faculties from pharmaceutical, to law, to plant sciences. Clearly shows Ravenquest is a leader in the cannabis science frontier. 17. Ravenquest produced a study with McGill which was ranked by the Frontier of Plant Sciences (the equivalent to the Journal of Medicine for plant sciences) as the most forward thinking and leading research ever seen on cannabis in the world. 18. In past 35 years McGill has raised $50 million in royalties from microbe studies to decrease disease and increase yield. 19. Microbes will be an $11 Billion business by 2026. 20. The incredible new discovery of 3 microbes currently being patented , (one in particular “K”) produces a 100% kill rate on the top 10 prevalent fungus and bacteria's, while showing extreme growth in the yield and the root structure, therefore reducing the need for pesticides and herbicides. 21. Patents for microbes will hold international intellectual rights to take worldwide. If 25% of Canadian LP’s square meter of space were to use it, the revenue stream would be about $200 million. Total game changer for the cannabis industry. 22. Consultant to Jeffries of London. 23. George as largest shareholder (over 7 million shares) has all his shares in escrow for 3 years. He is here until the end, not here for a quick spin out and sell out as so many other LP’s. 24.
