[posting]61463711[/posting]As Barrick Gold Corporation and Acacia Mining PLC are now expected to make their Scheme of Arrangement effective on 17 September, resolution of the remaining regulatory matters is anticipated to occur in conjunction with settlement of this transaction. Manchmal hat man das Gefühl, das die Tansania Regierung nicht ganz den Kopf frei hat , bzw. Sachen nicht parallel vorantreiben kann, sondern erstmal das mit Barrick Gold und Acacia geklärt haben muss /will, bevor man den kleinen Fischen (GPX, KNL, usw.) endlich mal das "GO" gibt, bzw. die Rest Issues klärt. --- Das Ganze geht jetzt schon 2 1/4 Jahre mit den Tansania Issues, das ist ja fast so schlimm wie der Berliner Flughafen. |
