Obducat receives order for an EITRE \u00ae 6 NIL-system from a University in China OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary Obducat Technologies AB, a leading supplier of system solutions for lithography processing, has received an order from a University in China, for the supply of a EITRE 6 system. The order value amounts to approx. 2 million SEK. The EITRE 6 system will be installed in the cleanroom facilities of the University. The system will be used in building up a university-level micro-nano fabrication and testing platform and perform state-of- the-art research on semiconductor materials and devices, optoelectronic materials and devices, MEMS technologies, and IC chip packaging technologies. The facility is also opened to the research groups outside the University. The EITRE 6 system is planned to be delivered in the fourth quarter this year. |
