Falls es jemand noch nicht bemerkt haben sollte: Mr. Kern saugt ICM aus und transferierte schon im September werthaltige ICM-Assets (Hercules Projekt Daten) über seine in 2017 gegründete Great Basin Resources Inc.in die Hercules Gold USA LLC:

Die CAD $325.000 dürften für den Schuldendienst seitens ICM drauf gehen, womit die Aktionäre hier nicht direkt partizipierten.
Und die erst im Mai 2019 gegründete Eclipse dürfte hierbei nur das Vehikel zur Übertragung sein, denn Mr. Kern möchte vermutlich verhindern, dass die ICM-Aktionäre Anteile an seiner wertvollen Great Basin-Butze erhalten. Daher der Umweg über die non-reporting und vermutlich ansonsten wertlose Eclipse und deren Hercules Gold USA LLC.
