The Independence of Africa, a Nation's Sovereignty, the acknowledgement of French and European Colonialism coming graciously to it's inevitable conclusion.
This Leader of Ghana is expressing the coming of GESARA. A Changing of The Guards.
Clearly expressing with confidence in its county's mineral wealth that Ghana can gladly provide future investors but no longer allowing its exploitation.
Clearly the northern migration will begin to flow back to Africa from Europe when it's natural wealth can begin to provide the necessary support to its economy and citizens.

Präsident Putin erklärte die arbeitsfreie Zeit für beendet.
Russlands Präsident Wladimir Putin hat die landesweit verordnete arbeitsfreie Zeit für beendet erklärt. Einige Beschränkungen sollen aber weiter bestehen bleiben. Das kündigte Putin am Montag bei einer im Staatsfernsehen übertragenen Online-Konferenz an. Die arbeitsfreie Zeit wurde Ende März eingeführt.
Familien mit Kindern versprach Putin weitreichende Finanzhilfen. Demnach soll es etwa für jedes Kind im Alter von drei bis 16 Jahren eine Zahlung von über 10.000 Rubel (125 Euro) geben. Kleinere Unternehmen in Branchen, die von der Krise betroffenen sind, sollen von manchen Steuern befreit werden.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said on Monday he sees no need for the country to buy back debt and that he plans to borrow money long-term to lock in low interest rates, as the coronavirus pandemic rocks the economy.

Last Monday, in response to a Gundlach tweet in which the bond king said "I am told the Fed has not actually bought any Corporate Bonds via the shell company set up to circumvent the restrictions of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913" the New York Fed announced on its website that it expects to begin purchasing eligible ETFs - most notably the LQD and JNK - as part of its emergency lending programs in "early May." ...

(Bloomberg) -- PNC Financial Services Group Inc. is cashing out one of the financial industry’s most lucrative bets, selling off its BlackRock Inc. stake. The move will bolster the bank amid the coronavirus pandemic and allow it to seize opportunities to grow if rivals stumble.
The Pittsburgh-based lender announced plans Monday to unload its roughly $17 billion holding in the world’s largest asset manager through a public offering. PNC is BlackRock’s largest shareholder, a relationship that began about 25 years ago when the bank bought the business from Blackstone Group Inc. Steve Schwarzman, Blackstone’s leader, went on to say selling that division was “a heroic mistake.”
The decision to exit the investment now surprised some analysts after PNC long credited its BlackRock holding with diversifying earnings. But with banks across the industry facing the prospect of loan defaults, executives at PNC are positioning for another bet: That the firm can better withstand the turmoil and potentially make a major acquisition, according to people with direct knowledge of its strategy.
“The sale of BlackRock shares likely signals that PNC is looking to make a sizable deal during a period of market disruption,” which is consistent with its past behavior, said ...
