Exodus Teams with AT&T To Offer
Flexible Bandwidth Solutions
Company to Offer AT&T`s Global IP- Backbone for Its Alternate Access
Program
SANTA CLARA, Calif. and BASKING RIDGE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- March 15,
2000--Exodus Communications(tm), Inc. (NASDAQ: EXDS - news), a leader in complex
Internet hosting and managed services, today announced its Alternate Access program.
Providing Exodus®customers with the option of connecting to multiple networks, this service
will provide direct connections to both the Exodus and AT&T Internet backbones.
Under a multi-year agreement, Exodus will use AT&T facilities to connect its Internet Data
Centers (IDCs) to the AT&T OC-48 Internet backbone via dedicated SONET OC-48 access
rings.
