Wenn der Hype ausbleibt, wars ne einmalige Chance: 22:12 23-MAR-2000 Quality HealthCare <0593.HK> to list unit in HK HONG KONG, March 23 (Reuters) - Hong Kong healthcare services provider Quality HealthCare Asia Ltd said on Thursday it was preparing to spin off its Quality HealthCare Technologies & Services Ltd (QHTS) for a separate listing in the territory. The company said in a statement it was buying 51 percent of foundation piling concern Kin Wing Chinney Holdings Ltd <0835.HK> and injecting QHTS into Kin Wing, which would be listed under the new name of ehealthcareasia Ltd. Quality HealthCare also said it was selling 50 percent of the construction business and it was making a general offer for the remainder of Kin Wing shares. The statement gave no further details about the transaction. QHTS includes Internet healthcare operation ehealthcareasia.com, which is scheduled to launch its Web site next Monday. The site would offer help and information services to healthcare professionals and consumers in Hong Kong, and later across Asia, the statement said.
