In a decision taken on July 30 2002 the Supervisory Board accepted Olaf Siemens`desire for professional independence and takes the opportunity to reorganize the Executive Board in accordance with its overall cost reduction efforts.<p>The new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be Dr. Peter Störmer, who - as a member of the Senior Management Team - will report directly to the Executive Board.
