At last year`s Board of Director`s meeting, they voted on whether the company would agree to absolve Domeyer and company of all wrongdoing. Andy and I voted against this, naturally, but given that much of the stock was still held by these same folks (and more by their "old boy" pals), they turned it down. Meanwhile, they refused to field a vote on restoring our negotiable shares, or even paying us back salary (which they could have, once the first bankruptcy protection had been settled). These people are criminals and backstabbers. And while I don`t know what the German courts might do, my instinct is that they have about the same regard for "auslanders" .
