Tut mir leid, aber da steht keineswegs, daß die 38 Mill. Aktien an Advisors and Promotors gegangen sind.
Die Nachricht ist folgendermaßen zu lesen:
At a shareholders meeting held on 28th March 2000 the shareholders
voted and passed nine resolutions which
1. approved the acquisition of the My Casino online gaming business,
2. approved the issue of shares and options to the Vendors to complete the transaction,
3. approved the issue of 38 million shares at 20 cents, with attached free options,
4. to provide working capital for the Company,
5. approved the issue of shares to advisers and promoters,
6. changed the Company`s name to My Casino Limited
7. and appointed additional directors.
Wie viele Aktien an Promotors and Advisors gehen, wird hier nicht gesagt. Was mich stutzig macht ist, daß hier von 9 Beschlüssen die Rede ist und 7 aufgelistet werden. Wo sind die anderen beiden Beschlüße.
