An amount of US$500,000 that had been scheduled for payment by the processor last week has not been received. As a result, the Company expects that net operating cash flow for the month of February 2003 will be in the range of $200,000 to $300,000. The processor has since advised that amounts due to the Company will be released gradually over the next several months. The total amount owed to the Company by the processor at 31 January 2003 is US$2.04million. The Company is seeking further clarification and is attempting to agree on a specific repayment schedule over a defined period. Consequently, the Company has taken steps to change its primary credit card processor. The Company has had a long standing commercial relationship with this new primary processor.
