CAMBRIAN MINING PLC
The Directors of Cambrian Mining wish to advise they have reached agreement
under which an Australian company, Investika Ltd, will earn a 50 per cent
interest in a subsidiary that holds Cambrian`s Ghanian gold interests. Under
the terms of the agreement, Investika will earn a 50 per cent interest in Metak
Ltd in return for issuing 30 million Investika shares and contributing the next
US$1 million of exploration expenditure.
Metak owns a 75 per cent interest in the Subranum concession and has an option
to increase this interest to 90 per cent.
